002 Chaos Theory and Causality  An Overview of the Transformation of Causality as Bifurcations in Key Parameters affect the ability to Predict with Certainty. by TR Young

003 Chaos and the Knowledge Process.  In which I pull out the Implications of Chaos Theory for Social Research and Inferential Causality... TRYoung

004 Paradigm Theory  by TRYoung  Social realities are so complex that it is possible to select all sorts of patterns and build all sorts of paradigms.  Postmodern philosophy of science accepts this complexity and the partial nature of social theories constituted by human agendas out of this incredible complexity.

005 Chaos and the Drama of Social Change   TR Young.  Social change does not follow the laws of linear dynamics.  As complexity increases, causality becomes ever more uncertain and change ever more unpredictable...thus, Predictibility, one of the most important tools of modern science is lost.

006  The Challenges of SOCIOCYBERNETICS
by Felix Geyer.   A Paper prepared for Symposium VI: "Challenges to Sociological Knowledge",
13th World Congress of Sociology, Bielefeld, July 18-24, 1994.

007  Chaos and Human Agency  by TR Young.  There are moments in complex social dynamics when human agency is more possible and times when it is very difficult.   These moments are identified.

008 Chaos and the Concept of Structure:   Process transforms into Structure as a given dynamical regime becomes regular and as other dynamic systems respond to the presence of that regime.

021 SOCIO-CYBERNETICS AND THE NEW ALIENATIONS Felix Geyer views
alienation as a generic term for different kinds of information processing
problems of individuals...and the role of communication technology in

The Meaning and Significance of Chaos by Huajie Liu
Liu has given us a wealth of background, meaning and
history of the development of Chaos Theory.

The Fractal Gallery Go Here First for some of the most lovely Fractals Unimaginable;
...and Thanks to Clint Sprott for his Fractal Gallery

and Go here for NATURAL FRACTALS...

THE FRACTAL MUSIC MUSEUM....A Wonderful site which creates fractal music on the spot just for you...complete with theory and practice...Wow.

Dr. Patti Hamilton, Director.  Hamilton and her students are creating the basic
research design and analytic tools with which to study non-linear social dynamics.
Her Team at Texas Woman's University has already used non-linear techniques
to find fractals in a very large data set from teenage mothers in the State of Texas.

Groupe Fractales The aim of the Groupe FRACTALES
is to develop new theoretical tools, in order to finely analyze complex signals,
for the purposes of modeling, predicting and synthesizing.

This is an introduction to chaos theory designed for those who have an interest in chaos theory but are confined by an as yet underdeveloped mathematical background to theory over mathematics.
Seperate archives of seven varied topics in the area of chaos theory are included, with graphics where necessary; a bibliography is also included for independent research.
